The founder of the “Rangers Defence Academy” is Md. Asim Aman, who is Chairman of Rangers Group. He pursued his career as a Trained Psychologist. In his life he opened an IT farm of his own. He was the Student of the Year 2018. Besides he completed his Cadetship as the Highest rank holder CUO (Cadet Under Officer) in BNCC from 2014 to 2021. He was the First Junior Cadet Under Officer of Sundarban Regiment, Best Cadet for 17 times in a row from 2015 to 2020 on different Camping & National Education Weeks. He was the Cadet Ambassador in Youth Exchange Program Bangladesh-2019 & Nepal-2020. On the other hand, he worked as an instructor in personal groom up for the ISSB Candidates. With different experiences in various sectors, Md. Asim Aman took decision to start up an academy of his own which is now “Rangers Defence Academy”. To guide the candidates to avoid misguidance and misconception of Bangladesh Armed Forces Preliminary Examinations and Inter Services Selection Board to help the candidates around the country to participate classes both Offline and Online who are willing to join Bangladesh Armed Forces. Rangers Defence Academy mainly focus on a candidate to groom up individual’s personality, rather than that the academy helps the candidate to overcome their short lacking of the Four Days Activities of ISSB.
